The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Self contained cottage on farmland overlooking the gum trees and horses. Enjoy the cozy indoor fire (wood provided) and outdoor fire pit. Beautiful for a country getaway 10 minutes to McLaren Vale & Willunga and just down the road from Kuitpo forest. Many incredible restaurants and wineries an easy commute. Indoor wood fire & full kitchen facilities and rainwater. Fast Starlink internet. Outdoor deck with BBQ, fire pit, wood fired pizza oven and views overlooking the farm. Peace and quiet.

Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.
