Stay in newly remodeled Community School

Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Central to Ørnes in Meløy municipality. Amazing views, quiet surroundings, short distance to the sea, mountains, nature and exciting experiences! Glomfjord Alpine Center 15 minutes by car. Svartisen/Engenbreen 30 min by car. The world's most beautiful outhouse/Uredd Square 10 minutes by car. Otherwise, you have walking distance to nature from the front door of the house! 7 min walk to center of Ørnes and to the sea And a spectacular view from the house to all directions! Cottage with sea view, large garden and good sun conditions. Lovely place to bring your family or friends for a cozy holiday in this superb place with large garden and room for lots of fun. Here you can stay in scenic and quiet surroundings. You have lovely views down to the sea, with access to several lovely hiking spots. Down by the sea, it is great to fish from the mountains while watching the sunset go down in the evenings. Possibility of using charcoal grill if desired.

We welcome outdoorsy guests to our lovely cottage in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and unobtrusive to the very bottom of the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 15 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great private sauna barrel all the way down by the water. Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top tours and smaller family trips for you.

Great cabin for a family trip or a walk with your girlfriend. Peaceful and quiet in lovely surroundings. The cabin is about 1h and 15min away from Bodø Good cabin standard with running well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom and bio toilet type. Private barbecue area where the fireplace can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. Wood is brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l sack
