The propery has a private gated access area for parking with electric car charging facility , it has its own garden with sun loungers. There is a fully fitted kitchen diner with all built in appliances and a lounge with 55" wall mounted television and downstairs toilet and wash baison. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with french doors one with king size bed the other with a double both have wall mounted 40" televisions. The shower with toilet and wash baison is situated between both bedrooms.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden.
