Just nearby Piazza dei Ciompi and 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Croce square, this historical stone-built apartment is an elegant and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. You can relax at home while enjoying the private garden, with jasmines, roses, hydrangeas and cammelias. You’ll love the peaceful setting in the lively area of Sant’Ambrogio, bustling with artistic and artisanal activity, and full of the sounds and smells of the local cuisine. This is one area that has maintained, still today, the ancient traditions of Tuscany. There are several traditional restaurants, local food shops and artisan products at the local market and in the shops. This 70 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of the building (just two steps to come in) and has a sweet twin/double room, one bathroom with the shower and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining space is spacious. The bedroom and the living room have a view on the garden. The warmth of a nest just steps from Ponte Vecchio

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to our future guests we hope it will be their "home" during their stay in Florence. You can make use of a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, toaster and the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). In the bathroom you will find products for the biological care of the person you can use depending on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.
