Historic centre, with cosy terraces

Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old house, without lift, and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a roof terrace, another little terrace and a kitchen, where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment is basic with an artistic touch. There is free wireless internet. As we are really in the heart of the centre, you can walk within a few minutes to the markets, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, musea, port, parks. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea. The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it here) :you cannot go into the old centre by car without a special pass between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. except during the weekend. You can park on Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks money, give maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

Beautiful townhouse with view

Välkommen till den gamla antika stadsdelen av Termini Imerese. Vårt stadshus uthyres veckovis och har 6 bäddar, två badrum, tre toaletter. Fullutrustat kök, diskmaskin kyl/frys med ismaskin och filtrerat dricksvatten. (Man slipper släpa petflaskor😅) Köksterass med fantastisk utsikt AC finns i alla sovrum samt vardagsrum. Ca 150m från stadskärnan med flera rest och caféer. Det är ca 700m till stadens stenstrand och 750m till tågstationen, där man lätt tar tåget till tex Palermo eller Cefalu.

Private rooms in apartment in villa just a stone's throw from Mondello square. Exclusively the panoramic solarium on the upper terrace furnished with benches, pillows and mattresses where you can be comfortable both day and night in absolute privacy. The house is located under the Cape Gallo mountain in the highest area of Mondello from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view surrounded by greenery. The house is very spacious, with an open kitchen and a wide living room, a mezzanine/studio to read/work or swing in the hammock and a terrace to look at the sea and soak in the sunshine. You'll be in the historical centre, in a beautiful area called la Kalsa, three minutes walk from the sea. There are two double rooms, a slightly bigger one with direct access to the terrace and two bathrooms (one just toilet and sink). Shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars all in short walking distance.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Casa Carlo is in the immediate vicinity of the small-town center. All services are within walking distance. The house has 4 floors: On the 1st floor, the garage on the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds 3rd floor with kitchen and dining room and bathroom On the 4th floor, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a covered terrace. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs.

This is a space with ancient charm, which combines bare rock with the modern Design of excellence Lake. During the renovation work, we found the remains of a cave that we uncovered.
