Romantic view over venitian canals

Questa casa di 45mq è stata il nostro nido d'amore per ben 5 anni. L'abbiamo restaurata e arredata insieme. Ora abbiamo una famiglia un po' troppo numerosa per poterci vivere così ve lo 'prestiamo' sperando che lo amiate quanto noi! Nel gennaio 2019 abbiamo restaurato e dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza ed allargato il bagno! ha una doppia doccia. La moderna cucina con lavastoviglie è a completa disposizione e dotata di ogni accessorio. Il divano letto è comodo e facilmente apribile.

La Salute Luxury Apartment

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla famosa Chiesa della Salute. IMPORTANTE: Il check-in sarà online una settimana prima del soggiorno: verrà richiesto da Vickey Team l'inserimento dei documenti, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia e biancheria (50 € per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. Vikey condivide i vostri dati solo con me, la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non ripidi.

Peoco flat: a sunny nest, full of character

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.
