Our villa is ideally located in Mimizan beach , 600 m from the first beaches, 500 m from the city center and its shops, 100 m from the forest and its slopes . The villa has been labeled four-star furnished tourist accommodation. It has been designed and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The beds are made and the towels provided . Cleaning at the exit is included. A permanent welcome is provided. As an option of cleaning during your stay ,first shopping is done on your arrival,babysitting.

The small Falgouet is a T2 apartment of 45m2 with a bedroom with a 140 bed and a convertible BZ 120 in the living room, located on the ground floor of a two-storey house. It benefits from its outdoor terrace area overlooking the small park. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach between the Betey and the Mauret. Located 1 km from the beach and 5 min walk from the sea lake, the accommodation is located around the golf course and a peaceful space surrounded by Landes pines. We've incorporated some valuable electronics into it. Enjoy access to the bean coffee machine at your disposal at no extra cost. We hope that here you can find peace and quiet in order to be completely rejuvenated. ps: Please provide 25 euros for the fee of the person who takes care of the sheets, bed linen, cleaning.
