Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. Fully restored and equipped house in the historic core. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it preserves the typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of a ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and small inner courtyard give light and life to the house. On the first level, we found a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up to the roof we find the laundry area.
