This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 13 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours!! <3 It is also suitable for a family with children and has a disable access lift. This renovated and well-maintained 1-room apartment with a workplace and kitchen is located on the ground floor in the side wing of a typical Berlin old building. A special attention is paid to cleaning in the apartment. The Covid-19 cleaning protocol of Airbnb as well as local hygiene requirements and recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and DEHOGA are followed by us.
