Cozy room w bathroom and view to the garden, Wi-Fi

Beautiful room with Q size bed and private bathroom, side table, desk and chair, with connection to internet. NEW black out roller blinds. Room has a view to the garden and vegetation as we are surrounded by trees. I have a vegetable garden, I produce compost and have worms that help me with the process. Birds fly around, you can hear them chirping. The house is close to several shopping malls, bus stop, train stop, gym, park and other convenience stores. Also a big amount of good restaurants.

EXECUTIVE ROOM FOR RENT -Room #1

In the residential area where our house is located it is a gated community and we have 24 hours security & you can feel safe walking the streets any time. We are located in San Pedro which is very close to 3 universities (walking distance) and about 4 miles from the San Jose city center. There is bus service very close to the house. A bus from the house to the city center of San Jose is about $0.50 USD. Taxi service in Costa Rica is also very reasonable.
