SMALL SLICE OF PARADISE, VILLA WITH POOL.

This peaceful villa offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. At the gates of Ile Rousse 3 km from the beach, on the bottom of the municipality of Monticello, small typical and very touristy village with its square where there is bar/restaurant and pizzeria come and stay in a small corner of paradise with private heated and secure swimming pool of 7mx3m, small sea view, terraces with its enclosed garden and wooded without vis-à-vis. The villa is equipped for 6 people (8 on request) on one level.

Very nice villa of 100m2 for 6 people, with sea view and small flowered garden. Including communal pool. The check-in is independent, Three large terraces with garden furniture, sunbathing and BBQ. Close to beautiful beaches in the evening you would enjoy relaxing after a busy day and an aperitif for the sunset show. Close to all shops, ideal for holidays for families or friends.
