Take a break and relax in this peaceful studio located in Mayenne, near Laval, 18 minutes by car from the train station. Access by public transport in Lavallois possible. Ideal for discovering the Mayenne with its greenway nearby (ideal for cycling). The accommodation is fully equipped and renovated. Common outdoor entrance with that of the owner, shared gate and courtyard but independent studio at the back of the dwelling. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Access to jaccuzi on request.

House renovated in early March 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room-lounge on the ground floor. Accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, stovetop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. With upstairs 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bath) and a sofa bed 2 places on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to downtown and all amenities.
