A wonderfully bright house, renovated in 2023 to a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements as a new kitchen and bathroom. A lovely swimming pool with a large sun terrace. Air conditioning on the 1st floor, fan on the ground floor. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
