Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

My place is close to the Gulf of Morbihan, 25 min from the historical site of Vannes and close to hiking trails. You will enjoy it for its calm, its brightness. It is perfect for couples, solo and families (baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request). All the comforts you need. New and accessible to people with motor disabilities. Adapted and equipped bathroom upon request. In the bedroom, 2 separate or adjoining beds to make a large bed.

House with nice garden, the beach is located 400 m ( kerfany les pins) port du Belon nearby for direct purchase. The house is adjoining that of the owner and renovated in 2016 (private entrance and independent parking). The studio "L 'Etage" is an atypical accommodation, spacious, cozy and bright, classified as "Meublé de Tourisme". It is located in the heart of the great site of France of the wild dunes of Gâvres in Quiberon, at the crossroads of Carnac, Erdeven-Etel and Quiberon. We took great care to make it feel like home in all seasons. It has a large elevated terrace all wood and not overlooked with a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens.
