Come and enjoy a weekend of winter splendour and summer heat. Beautiful, historic cottage in the heart of the gold fields. Come for a relaxing weekend by the fire, enjoying the surrounding nature and wildlife. Great little fully equipped kitchen, lovely large old rambling garden with enclosing post and wire fences. Pets are welcome but we need to know they are coming and please bring their beds. If you pet has anxiety issues, best for neighbours & visitors that they go with you on day trips.

This cottage is famous! Kate was filmed building this home for the hit ABC's TV show Restoration Australia in 2019. If you loved the show but would like a few more mod cons this beautiful dwelling is for you. Nestled on 1.5 acres of trees and garden you will connect with nature and the romantic surrounds. Easily located half way between Daylesford and Castlemaine there is much to see and do or simply enjoy a lay in a hammock, listen to birds or read a book.
