Very comfortable studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the landscape reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car you are in 3 minutes on the A52. Messe Essen: ca. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: ca. 30 min Airport Ddorf: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)

Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport, as well as the trade fair city of Essen, can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is within walking distance in 5 minutes, forest and the Ruhr as well! There are many excursion destinations for young and old!
