Cwt Glo is a cosy and peaceful cottage for two in Northern Snowdonia nestled between two mountain ranges the Carneddau and Glyderau. Cwt Glo is situated in a small village near Bethesda called Mynydd Llandygai. There is private off road parking next to the cottage. Cwt Glo is Welsh for Coal house and the cottage was the place where the coal was weighed and measured. The property has been both a farm and coal yard for the local area. Cwt Glo is a semi sustainable/off grid cottage it has a solar and wind system however there is the backup of mains electricity. There is also an LPG central heating and hot water system. The cottage has a wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm in the evening after a busy day exploring the local area. We also provide the wood for your stay.

The Chalet has stunning views, surrounded by wildlife, often lit up by starlight, a unique experience!! Close proximity to LLanberis /Snowdon; an ideal location for exploring, walking, climbing etc! The Chalet is a detached property overlooking a small patio area and paddock. Bedding, pillows, pots, pans, crockery etc are provided but please bring your own towels. Sorry no pets. Being a remote farm, access is along a narrow track. Call if you would like to park in the village and need a lift.

My place is within easy access of Snowdon, Zip world, A55, Anglesey. You’ll love my place because its a traditional grade 2 listed welsh cottage fully refurbished and set in a small hamlet within the countryside. My place is good for couples, walkers, solo adventurers, business travellers and small families. PLEASE NOTE: This is a small village located a couple of miles from the main A55 road there are no shops in the village itself. Tesco is a 5 mins by car, the pub is also 5 mins by car

The eye is a unique hand-built, domed hut with outstanding views of Snowdonia massif which can be fully appreciated through the large picture window. The bathroom has an amazing cylindrical shower with glass roof for star gazing and a true outdoor feel. There is a fully functional kitchen, wood burner, and double bed. Cosy converted barn on the outskirts of the village of Deiniolen in the Snowdonia hills. 2 miles from Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon, you can enjoy views of the mountain from your bedroom window. The property is heated with woodburner, all fuel is provided. Sleeps 2 under the eaves on a mezzanine floor, not suitable for persons with mobility issues due to the sloping ceilings. Open plan living area with large dining table, sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Small shower room with WC and basin.

This Grade 2 listed traditional quarryman’s Welsh cottage is incredibly fortunate to be located within 2 minutes of Zip World Velocity and is perfect for exploring North Wale’s wildest mountain scenery. The cottage has been completely renovated and also features a beautiful sunny garden and patio with plenty of space to sit and relax outside. Bethesda village centre is within walking distance and has a Tesco supermarket (open 7 days a week until late), pubs and a good choice of takeaways.
