Stunning Home with Big Outdoor Spaces and Living Areas

Centrally located, this Stunning Family Getaway has been fully fitted out with everything you need during your Nelson holiday! The master bedroom is completely self-contained to provide a feeling of retreat for the adults after a busy day exploring. The lounge-dining area is open plan to feel like the hub of the house. An outdoor dining area has been created on the back deck to make the most of the Nelson sunshine during the day, and to enjoy by fairy-light after dark. There's plenty of off-road parking in addition to the backyard, which has plenty of space for families and friends to spread their wings or kick a ball around. There's also the added bonus of three local schools a few hundred metres away should the children (or adults!) want to shoot some hoops or have a hit of tennis. We've supplied some wet weather activities for amusing the kids, along with a selection of books, puzzles, board games and balls to help keep them entertained while you relax and indulge during your stay. The house is a 4 bedroom home which has been fully renovated for the sole purpose of hosting guests thru AirBnB. Located on Sutton Street, it is less than 5 minutes drive to the local town of Richmond. Nelson city itself is just a 12 minute drive away, with the well-known Tahunanui Beach and picturesque Rocks Road enroute. Our town provides wonderful artisans, cafes, restaurants, and views. Walks on the beach, through the bush and internationally renowned Abel Tasman, and abundant mountain biking tracks are all within easy access. We have both lived in Nelson all our lives so if it's a walking track, a winery visit, a local day trip, a specific dining experience or just general local knowledge or the region, we're your people! Any help with information happily shared, though also happy to leave you to your private time. Richmond Mall is within easy walking distance of here, and offers everything from clothing and jewellery boutiques to supermarkets and a food court, plus a nearby Kmart. Go biking in Richmond's Silvan Forest, just 3 kilometres away. There is a bus stop about 7-8 minutes away at Salisbury Dairy. A local bus timetable is available at the house.

Relax at this peaceful and centrally located house. Birdsong and trees in abundance. The best location in Nelson. Set up for total comfort. The house is positioned well back from the road with large windows providing a light and leafy outlook with no noise. The house has new bathrooms, beds, fresh new towels and sheets, appliances and is fully equipped. Positioned with Melrose house, Fairfield park and the city within minutes walk in an established blue chip location this house is hard to beat

Quiet street / Close to Abel Tasman

Our priority is ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. To achieve this goal, we provide plush beds and luxurious bedding, comprising 2 Super King-sized beds and 1 queen-sized bed. Our property is on a tranquil cul de sac but within walking distance of town. A brand new heat pump has been fitted. Our location is very central. Motueka is the closest town to Abel Tasman National Park and we are nestled between Nelson City and Nelson Lakes to the South and Golden Bay to the North.

Treetop Sanctuary With Sea Views

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.

Sunny indoor outdoor living with 2 large decks, pool and spa. Close proximity to Richmond's many Restaurants. A fun family home with lots of space to relax. 2 minutes ride from Richmond Hills Bike Park and walking tracks 5 minutes ride from Silvan Bike Park and entrance to Tasman Great Taste trail. No cleaning fee for one and two night stays, so please leave tidy. PlEASE BE ADVISED. The pool is unavailable until the 30th of April. The house and spa still are.
