The house has fiber optic, heating, shower with hot water and coffee maker. It is complete and has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. I lived a few days surrounded by 100% nature, native forest and unparalleled views. You will feel as if you are in the middle of the countryside more you will be meters from supermarket and everything you need. A few days ago a guest told us: Thank you for building your house in this place, and thank you for renting it!!! It was a simple comment that reflects in gratitude the joy of sharing our little place in the world so that others love it like us. Thank you. Located 30 minutes from the center of San Martín de los Andes and 40 minutes from the center of Ski by an internal road and in good condition. In the months of June July August and September have 4x4 vehicle and snow chains.
