Located in a new subdivision on a quiet cul-de-sac, our near new home offers private access to a spacious room and a beautiful private bathroom, all private. With modern, new furniture, this is a stylish and comfortable room. On-site parking is down our private driveway. Enjoy unlimited Wifi. Located 10 mins drive to New Plymouth CBD, 3 mins to the local store & petrol station, just 7 mins to Countdown & laundromat. Cafes are plentiful with the nearest 3 mins down the road. No cleaning fee.

Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Our Studio Verde has been prepared with care for our guests. You can walk to famous Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands in just a few minutes. Mountain biking/hiking at Lake Mangamahoe is less than 10 minutes drive. Relax in a tranquil setting surrounded by native bush, enjoy abundant bird life, (plus we have chickens) and a nature track that runs behind our property and connects to the Te Henui walkway and spectacular New Plymouth Coastal walkway. Tirohanga - luxury by the beach

This is the perfect location for a beach holiday! Our one-bedroom guest suite is set in a tropical garden, and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. We are a pet free home. Not suitable for children under 12 years. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, jug, toaster, coffee plunger, microwave and blender. There is a bath for a long soak, and a separate shower. Guests have access to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Self contained 2 bedroom, lounge & bathroom guest suite 200m from the coastal walkway. 1.5km to CBD restaurants, cafes & bars. 5min walk to Port area, beach & restaurants. 1.9km to hospital. New Plymouth & Taranaki has so much to offer. Lots of parks & walks & great FREE attractions We'd love to share this with you so come see us. We live on site upstairs. There is NO OVEN or HOBBS in your space just a fridge, microwave, jug & toaster. The spa pool is no longer available.

A bed by the beach

Comfortable self contained studio, with own access, 1 Double bed, own shower and toilet, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster , hot plate 2 elements., TV. Shopping centres, laundrette, takeaways, and cafes nearby. We no longer supply breakfast but milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is supplied. Off street parking. 5 minutes to airport, 2 minutes to the beach and walkway. NOTE: due to thickness of the concrete walls WIFI is positional. ADULTS ONLY

Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

Cosy, clean, quiet but spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment with separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom, with everything you need for a great stay. Large paved patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture and views over the acre of permaculture garden. Just 5 mins drive from town and the coastal walkway, galleries, and museum. Under 10 mins drive to Pukekura park for Womad and the bowl concerts. Free tea and coffee and unlimited ultrafast broadband.
