This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. (There are 2 separate rental homes on the same area of land.) There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, 80mbps internet throughout, 130+ Claro tv channels on a smart tv. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets.

Dale's Little House

I first sailed into the bay called Pie de Gigante ( foot of the Giant) in 1976. It was magic, beautiful but Costa Rica beckoned with the stories of empty wave and deserted beaches. Once those wave were crowded and the beached developed I returned to Playa Gigante. I'd spent most of my life looking for Cool Places and this is where I stopped looking and started building. Gigante is off the beaten path and still a fishing village, not an Expat hangout.

The house is for two persons, has stable WIFI for digital nomads. The house has a panoramic view to the crater lake of Masaya and the mountains. There are trails and there is a swimming pool. It is not possible to bring your own dogs or cats.
