There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

St Andrews park view

Our house is a semi detached Bristol townhouse overlooking the beautiful St. Andrews park, 50m from Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft and its famous graffiti. Our house is light and airy with big rooms many of which have original features and wooden floors. The ground floor boasts a big kitchen diner and a big old table,next to a log burner. All rooms have views across city or the park where there is a playground, a paddling pool and a cafe. We love our home very much and hope you do too.

Heated pool, tennis court,beautiful home. Bristol

Our family home is a detached modern house partly built from oak frame. It is a two storied spacious open plan house with a large kitchen with an aga. The garden is large with a private wood, tennis court and outside swimming pool with an electric cover (open May-September) . The house is suitable for families and groups of friends. We welcome dogs and pets. There is plenty of private parking. We are situated approximately 15 minutes from Bristol airport, Clifton Village and Bristol city centre.

Rural family farmhouse with pool & hot tub

Perfect family getaway in a beautiful garden besieged with apple trees overlooking grazing cows and hills. The house has been modernised and offers super-comfortable accommodation for a large family or two smaller families. There is a brand new 12m swimming pool (available May-Sept ) and a hot tub. This special place is blessed with a host of country walks and great pubs on your doorstep, but with a modern kitchen inside or a pizza oven or barbecue outside you may prefer to cook at home.
