We are in easy access of the A55 on a quiet road that is a 20 min walk from Conwy town. We are 5 mins from the Wales cycle path and the start of Cambrian way is within 15 min walk. Conwy is within 1/2 mile of the Snowdonia national park boundary, Mount Snowdon is 30 miles way. A marina, with a pub & shop is a 10 min walk, a beach a little further on.
