This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Located in a rural location, perfect for recreation! 50 m to the sea/pier. Decorated in festive, retro style. Well equipped. Bathroom with heating cables. 2 beds in the loft (steep staircase), 1 bed ground floor. Upright beds/towels. 45 min drive to Harstad, same to the airport. 5 min to mini market, playground and gas station. 75 min to Polar park, 2 hours to Målselvfossen. 2.5 hours to Svolvær, 3 hours to Senja, under 4 hours to Tromsø. No smoking inside, nor allowed to party.

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is the only house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

A uniqe, modern house with the most amazing nature just outside the door-step. The house has a view to the forest and river, and has big windows to let in lots of light and most importantly - the nature. The outside area consists of an incredibly beautiful riverside front, with a wooden deck with a log table and benches, fire place by the river and pitoresque seats overlooking the river and forest. The closest town with shops and restaurants are about 10 kms away.
