We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreation area "Franconian Lakeland". Those who like to have a quiet time and still want to reach the lake landscape quickly, are going to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, 7 km away. The air-conditioned studio apartment is suitable with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. Direct hiking (including the St James' Trail) and cycling trails lead from us. Anyone can use the pool at any time. A private terrace is available.

Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an outbuilding with unobstructed views of the extensive garden in the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for celebrations or the like. Relaxed in Nuremberg - The squirrel

Super quiet yet central - Relaxed loft in old villa with lots of charm and attention to detail. The building has been renovated with organic materials, provides mostly even with energy and offers plenty of space for a lovely time. You are only 2 metro stations from the train station, you can even reach the old town on foot and are at the same time surrounded by a lot of greenery. There is a private terrace for you, and you can use the garden:-)

The approx. 120 sqm loft is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and extends over 2 levels. The light-flooded, newly developed apartment offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened by exterior blinds. Access is via the common stairwell.
