Chalet & terrace on the Gastlosen

Located at the foot of the Jaunpass, the peaceful village of Jaun (Bellegarde) offers the traveler a welcome stopover, a few kilometers from Charmey: 2 churches, a hotel, some chiseled houses in the woods, all located in a powerful nature, very rich fauna and flora, with an invigorating climate. The splendid waterfall, at the foot of the village, reinforces the toning impression that this environment gives. The chalet Ni d 'Elye (eagle's nest), located at the ideal altitude of 1111 meters exactly overlooks the village and faces the waterfall. Above dominates the Gastlosen range, whose walls play with light over the hours, and sleep at sunset. A beautiful show on a daily basis. Chalet le Ni d 'Elye includes a bedroom, a dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, as well as a beautiful terrace. The cottage is accessible by road, then by a short path by stairs. Both close to the village and secluded, it offers a calm setting conducive to contemplation.

We are courteous and hospitable. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable so you feel right at home. With a large outdoor seating area with lawn. It is a good starting point for hiking, walking i.e. valley hiking trail, as well as cycling or biking, and in winter is good for trips in the snow. In summer there are many attractions for families: a water playground, Grimmimutz adventure trail and much more. The Wiriehorn ski resort with ski school is just two kilometers away. Unfortunately, we are only accessible by car!

In the heart of the village of Jaun, in the Gruyère region, many sporting and cultural activities are available - hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, spas, adventure park, Gruyère castle, cheese dairy, etc. - all are very close by. Small shops are located 2 min. on foot (grocery store, bakery, tea-room). This 60m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a couple or a small family.

CHALET OEHRLI Apartment in Gstaad

Chalet Oehrli has been in our family for many years. We excited to share one of the apartments with you. Situated in the heart of the GSTAAD 'Dörfli' you are a few footsteps away from the car free promenade as well as quick access to the main train station. Besides all the activities during the year their is of course the amazing mountains filled with soft snow in winter and endless walking and mountain biking trails in the summer. Our Apartment is best suited for couples. No smoking / pets.

Visiting Gstaad or skiing at Diablerets Glacier 3000 (Part of Magic Pass!)? Our 70m2 (2 twin, 1 dble) chalet with garden is just 10-mins away! This south-facing chalet has all mods cons: underfloor heating and WIFI. The chalet is situated in a chalet park by a camp site (restaurant 20m away); whilst there are other chalets in close proximity, it is quiet and easily accessible. Washing machine/dryer - provided in the chalet park. Long term rentals poss. Pls note, - no longer log table.

Just enjoy

Our bijou is located in the middle of the ski, bike and hiking paradise Schönried - Gstaad. In the third & fourth generation, we enjoy the time here - and look forward to guests who want to treat themselves to a break in the mountains. The house is simple but stylish and decorated with heart and ideally suited for families: high chair, cot, children's dishes and toys (duplo, children's books, motorcycle games...) are available. For the adults there is a small library.

Cosy apartment with a stunning view

Our chalet is located in Jaun, a small municipality in the Gruyère district of the Swiss canton of Fribourg. You will be staying in the highest house in the area, with a wonderful view over the village and the mountains. Nearby, you will find mountain lakes like the Schwarzsee, many hiking trails and via ferrata routes, and in winter, plenty of ski resorts. Our chalet is suitable for couples and families with children.
