There is a terrace at the bottom of the garden and south facing patio. There is a short distance to the beach, harbor, marina, swimming pool and charming center with shopping and cozy eateries. HC Andersen Golf and the meadows at Gyldensteen are only a few kilometres away and there are good trails along the Bybäckken and in the forest. Odense C can be reached in 35 min by bus

Amazing family house in the middle of Odense.

There is hardly any better location in Odense. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Odense, close to the city, with shopping, street food and Hans Christian Andersen district. Two parks nearby and the large Rosengård centre 3 min away. The house is functionally designed according to Nordic traditions on 3 floors. Perfect for families or couples. 10 min. away is Munke Mose, by the famous Odense river, with cafe, playgrounds, water bikes, boat trips, sun deck and much more. The apartment is also only about 3 km from the Odense Zoo

Luxury villa in exceptional city centre location

Stay out of the ordinary with upscale decor and perfect location in the center of the city. The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play, Disney+ Caution around the use of furniture.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

There are 4 sleeping places in the house , as well as a travel bed/camping bed, (5 Pers. ) and 2 sleeping places in an insulated guest cabin that can be heated with an electric radiator. The house is centrally located to the highway ( 3 km. ) and several sights. As well as close to daily shopping.

Townhouse in Lohals, close to water and forest. Lovely enclosed garden. Lovely enclosed patio. There are eateries, bakeries, and Daglig Brugs near the house. There is good fishing water at Langeland and we have a room where fish can be purified when they are caught.
