Within a walking distance are the sea and the beaches of Arcadia, the Hawaii Aquapark, the Gagarinplaza cinema, many cafes, restaurants, 3 shopping centers, supermarkets, the Synergy Fitness sports center.

"Odessa coziness". Nice apartment "Victory Park"

Cozy apartment in the most comfortable area of the city. Opposite the beautiful Victory Park, the park has a lake, recreational areas and cozy cafes. The sea is a 10 min. walk. Convenient transport interchange. in 5 minutes drive there is the area of Arcadia in which night clubs, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii water park are concentrated. It is easy to get to the historic city center or train station. Next to the house there are grocery stores and a mini-basar, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
