We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

The River Room is a small en-suite double on the ground floor with a king sized bed.
