This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

Green Refuge next to the Historic Centre

Casa Piccola Secondo is located in the best condominium in the Caborê neighborhood, which is very safe. It is situated on the banks of the Perequê-açú River and is only a 7-minute walk from the Historic Center or the main street where you will find the city's commerce. In front of the house, you can enjoy a huge grassy green area, perfect for your pets to play. You will be close to the restaurants and bars of the Historic Center, and it will be my pleasure to recommend my favorite places to you!

Sossego Mamanguá from 6 to 10 people

Beachfront place, privacy and house for up to 10 people. The amount varies with total number of people . Amount listed is for 6 downtown. Boat access, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years. There is no mains but solar system for LED lights, 2 outlets 220V and small refrigerator, more ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. There are no fans, screened house with good ventilation. Plenty of room for everyone, barbecue, super beach.

Privileged view and pool with hydromassage

This unique place has a style of its own. We have an incredible view of nature, you have the option to enjoy the mountains or the sea. All of this on a nice, comfortable deck. We have an infinity pool and hydromassage and the differential, with solar heating! Although we are located on the hill, the place is easy to access and we are approximately 10km from the center of Paraty. Come and be enchanted by our place!

Beautiful house in Ilha with 200 meters beach and fluffy sand. Complete infrastructure. Bright and welcoming house with a full view of the sea. Our family, friends, and guests describe it as paradisiacal. There are 5 Suites with all comfort, air-conditioning, minibar and TV, including a train boat with a sailor, cook and housekeeper.
