We have our own water supply with state of the art filtration This home, was a run-down fisherman's cottage which has now become a beach holiday haven. Situated on the beach with wonderful rock pools - a short distance from two main swimming beaches. Pennington is a quaint seaside village about 80km south of Durban. The downstairs unit has two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, the main bedroom is usually made up as a king size though! A basic kitchen and living room area also has a small dining table and the television. NO DSTV please bring your decoder should you require more than the free channels on offer. The bathroom has a large shower, but no bath. Two golf courses and one of the nicest parkrun's in the country are close by!

It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! The open plan living area, dining room, lounge, patios and kitchen create a wonderful inside outside space for entertaining - providing all one could need or want to enjoy while on holiday.

This apartment is one of 70 cabanas in this well run complex. The complex is right on the beach and is secure and private for residents only. It is very quiet and peaceful and only +- 5 min drive to main beach and town. Great for families. The walk to the beach is about 2 mins through the complex and down the private walkway. Really a beautiful hidden gem.
