Apartment 65 square meter and 35 square meter terrace. Bedroom with 1 king bed and private bathroom. Large living room with 1 double sofa bed and another sofa, small fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with exclusive views of the sea and the city. 5 minutes by car from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. Free parking. The house is surrounded by a beautiful private park and the area is quiet. free wi-fi. All space is private for the guest. Wii Fi. We have Netflix and Eurosport.

Appartamento ristrutturato al primo piano senza ascensore di un condominio di inizi 900 situato a fianco al mercato coperto, a due passi dal viale xx settembre e da piazza Goldoni. Zona molto ben servita, ricca di ristorantini, tipiche osterie, supermercati etc. possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito in zona o sotto casa a pagamento. l ospite avrà a disposizione un intero appartamento con due enormi stanze, ognuna con TV, due bagni di cui uno completo ma entrambi con doccia.

Spazi perfettamente distribuiti tra zona giorno con cucina (dotata di tutto il necessario) e comodo divano letto, separato dalla zona notte con letto matrimoniale (con contenitore) e bagno con doccia. Full optional (condizionatore, TV Hd, lavatrice, Wi-Fi). Appartamento molto silenzioso con piccolo angolo relax (tavolino e sedie) in corte esterna.

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo.
