The house is on the 3rd floor of a typical 16th century Venetian palace. The location is strategic, the neighborhood is quiet, but very close to the main street "Strada Nova" and the Grand Canal. A few steps from the public transport stops "Ca' d 'Oro" and "Fondamente Nove", from which you can easily reach S.Marco, S.Lucia, P.le Roma, Murano, Burano, Lido. In the nearby "Fondamenta della Misericordia", you will find many restaurants (typical, pizza, wine bar, mex, orient, etc.) and a lively nightlife.

Beautiful bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance with armoured door. Less than 5 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma or the station. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floor. The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable, and modern. The room, bright and ventilated, overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 until today, every Sunday morning at 10.30 am, live Gregorian chants and incense arrive inside the house. 🎼🕍
