The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

Fully equipped house with excellent location, one block from the main square of Ixtapa and 3 blocks from the beach "El Palmar". The condo has a palapa, pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. The house has a private terrace with a table, chairs and a umbrella. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, such as the living room. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a small drying rack. The house has full kitchen. WiFi is exclusive for the house.

Our house has a beautiful garden full of lights that create a very pleasant atmosphere, 4 rooms located outdoors overlooking the pool, a large but very warm room that will make you feel at home, dining room and kitchen equipped with utensils.
