Studio located in the center of Playa De Las Américas 150 meters from the beach overlooking the sea and island of La Gomera.(sixth floor). On the same side of the central bus station and at a distance view of SIAM PARK and MAGMA convention center. Restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Studio with sea view, very comfortable sofa bed and extra bed (possible child). Bathroom shower tray, American kitchen with all the utensils to cook ceramic glass 2 fires microwave fridge. Flat screen television national and international channels, DVD ,air conditioning. Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline. I am a tourist guide of the Canary Islands so I can inform you of all places of interest on the island(s) . As well as booking rental cars and /or excursions. My wife Toom ,from Thailand is a therapist and can on request in a place near the pool conditioned for the purpose of giving oriental massages at much more affordable prices than in the massage and wellness centers of the hotels. And why not for a special evening a typical Thai dinner catering!!!! The south of Tenerife has the eternal spring you can stay all year with very pleasant temperatures. Community pool,parking and garden area.

Located in San Eugenio, this beautiful and well-equipped, newly renovated apartment offers one bedroom, a full bathroom (with shower), and an additional toilet in the bedroom. The living room has a double sofa bed to suit 1 adult or 2 young kids. High speed WIFI all around the property, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom with all the popular apps. It has a fully equipped kitchen and powerful ceiling fans. The sun trap of a terrace catches the rays from 10.30 until 17.30 each day.

Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional restful retreat and now we start renting it for the first time after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments in Costa Adeje, where we used to be the ones here. Now it's modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate setting. WiFi internet, TV, two pools (one exclusively for small children) and right in front of your door, three beaches and the 3’promenade. You can work remotely from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely Ocean View Studio

Cozy and confortable studio located at few metres from the beach and markets. Very quiet and equipped with everything. The residence has a big swimming pool and a relaxing area where you can enjoy your holiday. Shops and restaurants are in a walking distance, and if you are finding the night life in less then 5 minutes there are a lot of clubs in Las Veronicas. The bus station is at 1 minute from the studio, so you can reach every destination in the island even without a car.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Fully equipped and modern apartment in a fantastic area of Las Americas, 150 meters from the closest beach and some nice, short walks away from many other black and white sand beaches. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are very close. 2 pools and palm garden to relax, sunsets from the balcony, very good WIFI inlcuded.
