Your home away from home. Enjoy our lovely home, that with much love and sacrifice, Laura and I, have put together for you to enjoy and feel like you are home. We are 2 blocks away from 5ta avenida, 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from playa’s favorite taqueria-Fogón, and across the street from a major super market. Basically, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Mamitas beach is a 15-20 min walk Palmares is a new constructed building, with 24 hour security, two shared roof top lounges.

The best 3 bedroom in Playa del Carmen!!! This unit has bed sheets and towels, large smart TV and AC in the living room, AC on each bedroom, refrigerator, dining table, couch, new design remodeled in December 2023 *I have few apartments in the same building, in case that you come with a big group. Ocean front building located next to 12th street (club street) and steps away from the 5th av. were you will find restaurants, bars and shops. The building has a direct access to the beach!
