Located in the heart of the historic district of Tréboul, it is 300 m from the beach and is close to all amenities. You can enjoy the outdoors as much for meals, walks, hikes, excursions... as well as inside fully equipped. Welcome to Douarnenez the city with 3 ports ( port of Rosmeur, port Rhu and the port of Treboul ). Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. A must-see walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal trail that connects the harbor of Le Rosmeur to Ris beach.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence with views of the Rhu port, furnished tourist apartment of 51 m2. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open until 9 p.m., museum, ports, beaches... free parking lots next to the apartment, garage available for bikes, and parking available in the garage. Be careful, the garage is very small. I just park my yaris in it, it's the only open garage in the residence.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, which only residents have access to it, you can go directly to the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundromat. Enjoy your stay!!
