A large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a park. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a terrace, possible allotted parking space in underground garage. This apartment can be found in the modern city center, near Grzybowski Square and Saski Garden. This atmospheric place is for people looking for respite : the silence and proximity of nature - the lake ( direct, individual access to the lake on the wide terrace), meadows , the forests of the Tucholskie Borów, as well as the possibility of actively spending time ( kayak, boat, bicycles to dispose of)- will allow you to regain peace and vital strength. The cottage is decorated in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace , a spacious table or on the terrace.
