Location & Security 24/7 is what this house has. Chulamar, 2 hours drive from Guatemala. There are 3 houses totally independent with their own swimming pool and parking, in this condo that is right in the beach , 1min walk from the ocean. This one is in the back that is why it is aprox $50 less . Its full of palm trees that make it very fresh , many prefer it because of that. It has nice Mirador/pergola right in the ocean. The beach is a private clean beach with security 24/7 !
