This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

A peaceful studio flat in the refurbished loft of a converted fisherman's cottage overlooking Porthgwidden beach; close to harbour, beaches, restaurants and shops, but tucked away in a back street away from crowds. Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.
