Havel view with marina and to feel good

Pure Havel and unadulterated to feel at ease and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the marina Scheunhornweg (see internet portal). Potsdam with all the attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks, is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel bike path or by public transport, insofar as you want to do without the car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Holiday home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Come and enjoy the time with us!

My apartment has two separate bedrooms and a shared living area with a large dining table, leather couch and TV. The kitchen is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and washing machine. You rent the full apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden area. There is a shore access directly. So if you want to fish or put your canoe/kayak in the Oberhavel, you can do this directly.

Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
