Spacious self-contained room. Spectacular setting!

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Our beautiful eco-friendly barn, set within the Snowdonia National Park, is a mix of traditional stone exterior and contemporary interior, set within landscaped woodland gardens. We have 360 views of the mountains, and are near Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Coed-y-Brenin, Lake Vyrnwy and Cadair Idris. We welcome 1 well behaved dog. Originally stables, the cottage has been converted to one-up-one-down self-catering accommodation. Double bed, shower, washing machine, sofa-bed and well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to via public transport. 10 min walk from station and 5 minutes to bus stops and very close to the shops, cafes etc. Cycle parking available. There is usually space to park a car on the drive, but be aware that the entrance is a bit narrow. We have an EV charger and charge for the electricity at 30p/kWh.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Inn" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.

Ffosmascal is a rural, boutique style home from home. Relax amidst the beautiful hills of mid Wales, perched up above Rhayader - gateway to the Elan Valley and yet 20-30minutes walking to the pubs, cafes and shops of the old town. A spacious converted barn refurbished with sensitivity and charm, attached to the old farmhouse (owners residence). Extremely peaceful and found at end of unmade track, unsuitable for low lying cars but can be navigated with care.

Barn Conversion set in rural stables.

Beautiful Barn conversion near the base of Mynydd Troed (Foot Mountain) in Brecon Beacons National Park. 1.5 miles to Llangorse lake, 10 miles to Hay-on-Wye. Enter through the oak framed porch into the large open plan leaving area with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area with wood burning stove and large tv. There is also a downstairs wet room and conservatory. Upstairs there are 2 good sized double rooms, bathroom and balcony.
