The apartment is in excellent condition and consists of a bedroom, a small room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large entrance (with air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, sofa, large desk and TV), a bathroom (with hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) and a large balcony (with lounge chair and coffee table). Kitchen is not present and there is no Wi-Fi. It is in a great location: less than 10 minutes away on foot from the sea, historic center and train station.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Chez moi, within walking distance of the sea and the center

The house is in a two-story building on the second floor. Very quiet and quiet because there are few of us who live in the building. Excellent location that makes it attractive because in the center of the village,but a stone's throw from the sea, so the tranquility reigns. The parking is not private, but is located a few steps away if not in front of the house itself.A 100 meters also the train station.This year the price calendar will be updated from 10 January 2023.

Apartment Scalea on the beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment is located on a cliff overlooking the sea. Beach is downstairs and reachable by stairs, but is better to drive down. Scalea offers a very nice old town and good food. Diamante is also a very nice place and close. Prices can also be requested for certain weeks or months and you can also talk about the price again.
