Beautiful house with terrace and view

At 300ft from Saint Oronzo Square, the castle, resturants and museums, there is a big apartment at the first floor of a historic building consisting of a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies and a wonderful panoramic terrace. It's finaly furnished, suitable for couples possibly with a child up to 1 year old, who love to stay in the historic center and have everything within walking distance, without giving up their privacy.

It is the typical Salento house built between the late 1800s and the early 1900s, it has star ceilings, concrete and doors, windows, balconies, handles, railings, etc. are vintage. The house is spacious, cozy, refined and from the beginning makes guests feel comfortable as they are surrounded by beauty and authenticity. From November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, I apply 15% off the weekly rate and a 30% discount for stays of 28 days.
