Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

In the historic center of Lucca, with views on all sides . Equipped with every comfort. No elevator, you need to climb 50 steep steps. You can book a tasting in our cellar, few kilometers from the center, where you can taste our own red and white wine. ATTENTION: 50€ in cash at check-in for final cleanings. Only self check-in, therefore you will be asked to send photo of your passports/Id to give your data to the authority, if you don't agree please don't inquire nor book. Thank you.

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. THE BOHEMIAN ATTIC.

L'appartamento è un progetto mio e di mio fratello. Abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione di persona realizzando artigianalmente gli arredi. Si trova all'interno della cinta muraria di Lucca, con soffitti ad oltre 3 metri e doppi affacci che rendono lo spazio decisamente luminoso. Possiede un piccolo balcone e un caminetto decorativo (non utilizzabile per regolamento cittadino). E' un attico e si trova al 3° piano di un edificio storico, non possiede ascensore.

La Delizia is a very stylish apartment in the heart of Lucca's walls, closed to the magnificent Piazza San Michele and to the all other amenities of the city. The private TERRACE makes of this house a precious gem inside the old center. IMPORTANT NOTE: Terrace NOT available from 3thJune to 19th July 2024. In fact, from the private garden you can see the top of the cathedral's campanile and , as soon as you leave the gate, guests will enjoy a splendid view of the south facade of the cathedral.
