Suna Casa il Cortile

The house is located 100 meters from the lake in one of the ancient courtyards of Suna between the houses of the old Suna,inside the old courtyards, 200 meters from the swimming pools and 100 from the municipal beaches. Pallanza is 5 minutes on foot. The house is in the historic center, pedestrian island, you can walk . There are two parking spaces 50mt and one on Balilla Street and the other along the Toubetzkoy Street. The house has been recently refurbished and IS totally green. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.
