It is accessed through the same gate of the house, but the room has its totally independent entrance, which allows you to enter and exit without time limits. Very spacious (8 x 4)and highly illuminated. Quiet area, great location, great location, public transport, and shopping areas I offer peace of mind and absolute independence. Apartment, ideal for homeworking, good speed and independent modem. It is a spacious and comfortable space with all the amenities, it has a very spacious full bathroom with a bathtub to relax, cable TV and independent internet. Your own cooking space, with a refrigerator and microwave. Separate entrance, on the second floor so consider climbing stairs. The ideal place for you! Very easy to get to and with transportation just 1-2 blocks away. The Metrobus passes through our street
