This large room and bathroom are part of a modern house. It is furnished with designer furniture and antiques. It radiates peace and harmony, to feel comfortable. The garden (grill) invites you to relax. Quiet yet close to the center and train stations. Bicycles can be accommodated in the large garage with utensils for maintenance. Breakfast for 9 euros/person (if desired ) is available in the separate dining room or in the garden. If desired, a hot plate in the dining room can be used.

It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).
