Welcome to the Künstlerhaus, the former village school, in the middle of the wonderful landscape of the Altmühltal. Individual travelers are as welcome as well as guests with disabilities. Room and bathroom are accessible. The entrance is easily accessible by a ramp also for wheelchair users. In addition to the 18 m² room, there is a spacious bathroom with a large shower and an elevated toilet with integrated shower at your disposal. And for the start of the day, there is a delicious breakfast.

Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, a bedroom and a dressing room where a sofa is to fold out... so no problem for 4 people☺️... to the fairgrounds it is 20 minutes by subway... and the fridge is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Very bright new penthouse apartment with rooftop

I offer a new, modern and very bright penthouse apartment with wrap-around roof terrace in south-west orientation. A free, spacious room with a balcony and on weekends the whole apartment can also be rented. The toilet in the bathroom is only for ladies Men's toilet is in an extra room. Fast internet, parking, possibly also my underground parking space is available. The apartment is in a park-like complex. Bus no. 6 stops right outside of the door.
