Private parking for car. Fully modern equipped with high standards. Kitchen with room for 4 per. Fresh bathroom with shower. Living room with a combined bed/sofa (140 cm) for 2 adults. TV, WiFi ,washing machine and other equipment everything new from 2021 Nice patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. 5-minute walk to swimming or take the bikes that are available to borrow.

Newly renovated with preserved charm such as pearls, wooden floors, tile stove, fireplace, mirror doors and splashed windows. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Detached sauna with beautiful views. Detached charming bar with large terrace.. Large brick barbecue. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.
