The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Our listed cottage with approx. 95 sqm of living space is close to the old town of Nideggen. Between market square and castle, quiet location but still in the middle of things. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is certainly something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle.From our house you can also start wonderful hikes in the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Our home has an exclusive guest room with its own bathroom, including WC and rainshower (NEW). The cosy room on the ground floor is separated from the rest of the house by a soundproof door. After a warm welcome, an access code allows independent access. The guest room can be locked from the inside. Although two cats live in the house, they do not have access to the guest room. However, a stay is less suitable for allergy sufferers.
